General description
Although during the day there are some Asian shops and a large lounge/restaurant on the lower level, after about 9pm they close the lower level and the only decent place to sit is in the small bar area located straight ahead when you walk in. There is a TV in one corner of the room but it's quiet on the far end, and if you don't speak Mandarin the other conversations will not be distracting.
